I had a dream last night about X3, the new X-Men movie... at least I thought it was a dream...
Magneto and his Brotherhood go to a safehouse where a lot of the Xavier students are hiding. He attacks the small, nameless group of youngsters with some long, gyrating nails he removed from the walls. As they are about to hit them, an ice shield forms a barrier between him and the X-Kids. Iceman, along with the rest of the official team, come to the rescue.
The nails are trying to saw through Iceman's wall while the good guys make a run for it. Jubilee, lagging behind the fleeing X-Men, is suddenly confronted by Dark Phoenix, who comes in flying throughout the screen with a trail of flame behind her. She kisses Jubilee, her face turns to gold, and she screams in pain. The special effects, particularly Phoenix's swooping fiery entrance, were phenomenal...
I could have sworn it was a real promo, because quite frankly, I never imagined my dreams to have such amazing special effects.
